Mechanic

Overall Responsibilities as follows
Assist in the assembly, testing, preparation, servicing and operation of new and existing equipment.
Prepare Company and/or Third party equipment for mobilisation of project
Read and understand Project Operations manuals and provide any comments for improvements/changes to the procedures etc.
Ensure all procedures and processes are carried out in accordance with the Company Safety Policy and Guidelines and the Project Operation Manual for the particular project.
Carry out maintenance / repairs and general yard duties as instructed.
Perform any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Workshop Supervisor or Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements.
Account/Purchaser

Overall Responsibilities as follows
Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/…), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
Workshop Supervisor

Overall Responsibilities as follows
Prepare, supervise and control workshop activities, including the scheduling of work in the service department.
Liaise with operation team and diagnose concerns of operation team with equipment prior to being booked out for job
Assist all Technicians and Apprentice Technicians in the diagnosis of mechanical problems.
Upon completion of normal repairs and/or service inspect and test machinery with the Technician who completed the job to ensure the equipment has been repaired and/or serviced in accordance with the customer’s instructions and manufacturers guidelines.
Ensure customers receive the best quality service by requiring that all jobs are completed correctly the first time. Ensure all customer equipment/machinery is presented back to the customer in a clean and presentable standard.
Check and inspect that all tools are available and maintained in the correct place and that all equipment is in suitable working condition.
Control and set workshop behavioural standards.
Advise all new and existing staff of Dealership policies and procedures and adherence to these policies and procedures.
Set a regular workshop cleaning schedule highlighting employees specific duties.
Make suggestions to management for improvements to the Mechanical Service Department’s operations.
Maintain a well trained workforce and supervise in-house training as required.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or management in a professional and efficient manner.
Assist in the coordinating after hours call outs and the weekly on call roster.
HSE Officer

Overall Responsibilities as follows
Support the development of OHS policies and programs
Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives
Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
Preparation of safety reports for client which reflects on company HSE compliance
